HOW TO BUY
Shopping at ladespensadelasiberia.es has never been easier.
Throughout the different pages you will find numerous “sandwiches” (boxes with texts and action buttons) in which we propose different products that are either in promotion or we consider that they are ideal for your purchase.
You can find all our products on the“Store”page that you will find in the top menu. Once there, you will see that we continue to recommend the best products and you will have at your disposal all the products that we have selected for you.
You can choose the product that interests you by clicking on its image and you will enter the product sheet. There you will have the following information:
- Weight of the product offered.
- Trademark under which it is marketed.
- Population in which it is produced.
- Province of origin.
- Detailed product information (ingredients and allergens).
- Product price (includes VAT but does not include transportation costs or packaging improvement, or any expenses than the purchase of the product offered)
In addition, you can improve the product viewing by clicking on the image on the right of the page.
At the bottom of the product price you have the purchase buttons:
- Number of units selector.
- “Addto Cart” button. If you click here, the selected units and products will be added to the cart.
Afterwards we propose“more products”that you will probably want to know.
Once you have “added to the cart” all the desired products, by clicking on the “cart” located to the right of the top menu you can check all the added products.
Here you can increase or decrease the number of desired units of the products chosen through the quantity selector, as well as remove them from the list by clicking on the colored blade.
If you have a discount coupon that could have been provided as a result of the promotional activity of the page, it is time to use it. To do this you have to enter the code in the place indicated and then click on the“apply coupon”button after which the page will be updated, deducting from the final price the amount to which the coupon corresponded.
The next step is to update the cart information to confirm that the conditions are those expressed.
You will find the information corresponding to the subtotal of the order and below you can confirm the transport costs that you will have depending on the destination chosen, for which you will have to fill in the boxes intended to:
- Zip code
And click on the“update”button, appearing the amount resulting from the shipping record.
IMPORTANT: In the hypothetical case that we do not currently have the transport cost to the chosen destination, the message“No shipping options have been found for (chosen destination)” will appear. If necessary, please contact us at the phone number, so that our logistics managers will take care of you properly indicating even the corresponding cost.
To continue your purchase, simply click on“Finish purchase”.
Simply fill in your billing details so that we can issue you the corresponding invoice. Every purchase process generates an invoice that we will send you by email.
All products marketed by ladespensadelasiberia.es are sent by courier, and you can have information about the order situation at any time, so if you want to receive your order at a different address than the billing address, by please indicate it in the box enabled in the second column and fill in the shipping address details. In the event that you want different addresses for each shipment, you must fill in your details where you want to receive the order. If a different delivery address is not indicated, your order will be delivered to the billing address.
If you have any comments to make regarding the peculiarities that the delivery of each order may have, please use the box we have prepared to facilitate the delivery process of our orders. It is titled“Order Notes”and completion is optional.
Once you have completed your billing details, you will be able to start the payment process.
At the bottom of the page you will find the different payment platforms enabled. Currently you can pay through the following payment methods:
- Debit/credit card
- Apple Pay
From this moment on, it will be the payment gateway provider who is responsible for the payment process.
Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from ladespensadelasiberia.es confirming the processing of your order and indicating the number of your order so that you can have traceability of each of them.
As a customer, you can withdraw your order for no reason within 14 calendar days from the day the order is received.
Ladespensadelasiberia.es does not assume ownership of the returned product(s) until receipt of the miso at the return address located at:

EFFECTS OF THE DISMOTION
DifferentZiaT will only refund the price of the product received, but will NOT refund the ordinary shipping costs incurred as a result of the return, no later than 14 days after the day on which the communication is received reliablely expressing the intention to dismiss.
DiferenZiaT will use the same means of payment that would have been used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In any case, the Customer will bear the fees and transport costs that may arise from the return, and May DiferernZiaT withhold the refund until the item or returned items have been received.
- The Customer will bear the direct costs of returning such items, and you will also be responsible for the decrease in the value of the returned goods due to the handling of the items. The product must not have been used and must be returned with the same original packaging as received, as well as the original labels and stickers. Or products that have been modified or are not sealed may be returned. Which means:
- Make the product new, with no signs of use, with the original seals and labels. The product has to arrive in perfect condition.
- The product has not been tampered with.
- The Customer must have the purchase invoice and send a copy of the invoice along with the return of the product.
- The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer. No material will be collected for proper shipping.
- Likewise, the shipping costs of the order, in no case will be refunded by DiferenZiaT.
- Once we receive the goods to our warehouses and verified that the item complies with the required conditions of return, we will proceed to refund the amount of the purchase in the same payment method that has been made.
During the process or once completed, our service department may contact you through the channels provided in order to know the details and implement the necessary measures that will help other Customers in the future.
